This is one of my absolute favorite flowers in the garden and I am so glad it’s started to bloom. Wow, nothing is more creative than nature, right? I’ve also posted a picture of the flower bud in the archive. What’s interesting about this flower is that the flower bud pretty much stays intact when the flower is blooming. Just the very top of the bud opens, out of which the flower explodes.
